  I have used Gordons catering for years and have never been let down, the range of hire equipment is huge now. I have never had issues with any order and they will go out of their way to try and accommodate last min requests.

  We used Gordons for our wedding. Attended their open day and liked what they had to offer. However THREE weeks after our wedding we received a invoice for £900- missing/ damaged goods , we had already paid our initial hire bill of £1400. I took this up with Gordons and stated we would not pay this as it is a busy venue and how could I look for missing goods three weeks later? ! We then received a letter and updated invoice from Gordons for £300 stating that they had located some of the missing goods. We took their business practice up with trading standards. Gordons informed us they had a signed delivery/ collection note signed by the owner of the venue which they did not. They said it was completely normal for them to invoice weeks after a wedding as they were very busy and it can sometimes "take up to 6 weeks for their stock to be cleaned and checked". A complete scam to get more money from their customers. I would not recommend you use them.
