  Terrible avoid at all costs!! The telephone service I have just received from the two people operating these pods was outrageous! I have never left a bad review in my life until now! We have been trying to call them for days with no response, when my partner finally gets through the ignorant woman just spoke over the top of her and actually brought my partner to tears! I’ve no idea of her or her male colleagues name as the don’t provide them? We received a voucher for Christmas and aren’t able to use it as they are already fully booked up until the end of March. Obviously the over sold the vouchers! I asked for advice on how to proceed and was told I should sell the voucher or I should have got in early Luke all the ‘normal’ people had already done. They hung up on me twice and when I did speak to them they both shouted over the top of me! I could hear the crazy woman laughing in the background! We are seasoned travelers and I backpacked round the world for 8 years and I have never experienced anything like this! PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE! They are conmen and unhinged!!
